Calendar will be packed full, as we’re currently pushing $10,000+ on ads to get inbound bookings & have database of 5k+ leads.
About the role: Sales Consultant
Mission
To drive new business revenue by generating and engaging in conversations with potential clients, and converting those conversations into front-end sales and ideal clients.
Targets & Outcomes
- Generate revenue
- Complete scheduled (inbound) sales calls daily
- Generate new leads - 20 calls per month
- Schedule and complete follow-up calls
- Know your numbers and maintain KPIs as outlined below
- Follow up no shows and no closes (get them back to calendar)
- Execute on administrative tasks daily
- Record sales calls and upload links to notes (same day)
- Complete Master Tracking & Review/Preview sheets daily
- Update CRM/pipelines daily
- Prepare for tomorrow’s meeting(s)
- Attend and contribute to meetings
- Daily morning team meetings Monday - Friday
- End of day checkout
- Maintain daily communication in slack
- Be available to communicate in Slack 9a - 5p EST Mon - Fri
- Timely responses in Sales Slack channel
- Post wins, celebrate other’s wins
- Call recaps
Requirements
- Most important is mindset & drive -- you hold yourself accountable to the highest standards of performance and are resilient in the face of failure or rejection.
- Must have a strong experience selling Real Estate Marketing/Coaching offer or similar offer
- Willing to become the authority in situations and set expectations & coach clients on best practices.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English. This is a must.
- Self-starter -- you are comfortable working 100% remotely, managing your schedule and meeting deadlines without direct supervision
- Strong time management and organizational skills under ever-changing schedules
- Coachable -- you are excited to participate in ongoing training and constantly push yourself to get better and better
- Team player -- you are able to collaborate with a small team, ask for help when needed, and complete tasks as required
- Proactive -- you strive to get ahead of a problem or start a conversation, instead of waiting for the right time or opportunity to come to you.
- Technology - you must be willing to learn or have a solid understanding of technology & social media marketing

Salary: $5,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month
