Job Description:
Perfexions PCR LLC., a leading property management company, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Turnkey Cleaner to join our team. As a Turnkey Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring that our apartments are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for new tenants. This is a critical role in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks in apartments, including but not limited to:
- Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming all surfaces
- Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors
- Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen appliances, countertops, and cabinets
- Wiping down windows, doors, and light fixtures
- Removing trash and ensuring proper disposal
- Conduct detailed inspections of apartments to identify any maintenance or repair needs and report them to the maintenance team promptly.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to address any specific cleaning requirements, such as carpet cleaning or window washing.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are well-maintained, stocked, and organized.
- Adhere to established safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment.
- Communicate effectively with the property management team to ensure a smooth turnover process for new tenants.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and residents.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects or equipment as necessary.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed.
Perfexions PCR LLC. offers competitive compensation, including a starting salary of $20 per hour, which will increase to $30 per hour after successfully completing a 90-day probationary period.
