Job Description
Serves as an Inventory Liaison between end-user departments and product vendors. Coordinates receipt, distribution, collection, and return of products for the hospital.
Job Responsibility
- Coordinates the receipt, distribution, collection, and return of products for hospital departments

- Monitors real-time inventory levels and advises end-user areas and Supervisor regarding readiness and/or issues.
- Monitors real-time turnaround times to ensure/optimize day-of-need inventory levels.
- Communicates and coordinates with end-users, vendor team and Supervisor to facilitate timely product delivery and reliability
- Evaluates quality and quantity of delivered products.
- Ensures products are transported to assigned hospital locations and stored properly relative to product requirements and fire/safety regulations.
- Facilitates product processing for return to vendor.Identifies, flags and tracks pruducts/instruments in need of repair/replacement. Ensures related documentation is completed.
- Participates-in implementing Quality Control/Performance Improvement related practices
- Performs related duties, as required.

Job Qualification
- High School Diploma or equivalent, required. College or additional formal education in inventory coordination and cutomer services, preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years progressively responsible inventory coordination and customer service experience, required.
- Demonstrated problem identification, resolution and analytical skills, required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, required.
