Support Staff Specialist - Regional Employment Collaboratives
The Regional Employment Collaboratives are Riverside-led partnerships of state agencies and human service providers, employers, workforce development organizations, and employment service providers. The Collaboratives work across these groups with the common goal of increasing employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
This is a great opportunity to join Riverside Community Care as a Support Staff Specialist!
In this vital role, the Support Staff Specialist will assist the statewide RECs by working across all regions to enhance coordination and operational efficiencies.
This Support Staff Specialist will:
- assist with maintaining records, developing, researching, and implementing standard operating procedures, (SOP’s)
- manage the statewide employer online webinar program
- manage relationships with other diversity (DEI) driven organizations
- perform data tracking
- oversee regional labor market trends
- research and post job leads
- provide support on LinkedIn and social media while overseeing projects
- provide overall support to impact operations of the REC’s
Schedule: 32 hours per week; remote

Required Skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Advanced computer fluency (including Microsoft Office) required, and it is preferred if there is previous experience with database management software, and passion for technology preferred
- Multi-tasking, organizational skills, and attention to detail with ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
Required Experience
- High School diploma or GED
- At least 2-4 years related work experience
