Maintain regulatory requirements, manage the data entered for tracking purposes, reviews documentation and makes needed audits.
Requirements Include:
- Health Information Management Certification
- Prior experience working in an acute care inpatient setting
- Extensive knowledge of medical records and current regulatory requirements
