The Patient Support Representative is the first point of contact for new patients that need to schedule appointments and acts as a liaison for existing patients. The PSR must provide excellent customer service by using empathy, active listening, and communication skills to accommodate our patient’s needs.Job Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
CREDENTIALS, EXPERIENCE, AND ABILITES:
1 year of customer service experience is required- 1 year of call center experience is required.
- 1 year of experience working with patients in either a hospital or office setting (preferred, but not required).
- NextGen exp is preferred, but not Required
- Fluency in Spanish/Vietnamese is preferred, but not required.
- Must be able to work in office full-time
- Must be able to obtain patient information and accurately enter in patient database(s).
- Must maintain HIPAA compliance when accessing Personal Health Information (PHI).
- Must be able to perform physical duties when necessary.
- Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must be able to prioritize tasks and work efficiently as part of a team.
