We are looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist VA who will be responsible for setting up, facilitating and completing our client’s marketing campaigns and events. The Marketing Specialist VA will also be a result-driven partner of the client who can likewise manage administrative work, contacting leads and planning digital campaigns to build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online marketing channels.
Job Responsibilities
- Create and deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution. This includes: Structure, Message(s), Artwork, and Workflow
- Become proficient with the Cloze CRM
- Organize and execute drip campaigns using the Cloze CRM
- Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
- Contact leads and scheduling meetings
- Manage follow-ups for all action items, or after initial meetings
- Take notes during meetings, specifically the action items/questions
- Distribute approved Minutes of the Meetings
- Ensure all activities and interactions are recorded in the Cloze CRM
- Produce weekly activity reports showing work done vs. results produced
- Perform other related duties as may be assigned from time to time
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field
- Proven work experience as Marketing VA
- Knowledgeable about effective marketing strategies and techniques
- Proficient with marketing automation tools
- Must be process-oriented
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask, to work on a number of projects/campaigns at once
- A Team Player
