This includes (1) Assisting the engineer or site leader with mechanical design and maintenance tasks; (2) Installing and performing diagnostic tests on mechanical systems; (3) Developing and implementing maintenance plans to prevent costly equipment breakdowns; (4) Troubleshooting mechanical malfunctions and breakdowns, as well as performing repairs; (5) Documenting processes and maintaining mechanical service records; (6) Monitoring the availability of parts and replenishing supplies; (7) Optimizing the efficiency by adjusting machinery and equipment settings; (8) Maintaining a tidy work environment and adhering to industry regulations.
