Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for platform type Commercial products, including but not limited to product design and iteration, also look forward to discovering and productizing surprising business models based on industry and user insights responsible for product flow, profit margins and sales penetration
Responsible Prototype, process and interface design of product functions, write complete market analysis documents (MRD) and product requirements documents (PRD), assist the development team in understanding and mastering requirements, and be responsible for the direction of product requirements and ease of use
Complete the whole process of project management from product design, delivery and development, to official launch, and participate in product promotion and operation, product maintenance, customer complaint handling, etc. after launch
Have user insight and innovative spirit, and be familiar with user consumption behavior and psychology, based on the business architecture to create consumption scenarios that meet user demands, and can be embodied in a landing form to cater to user preferences
Based on big data, market competition, user research and operational data to conduct comprehensive analysis, continuously optimize products and improve New purchases and repurchases of products at the same time, suggestions on business models are given to support business decisions.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of work experience, more than 1 year of platform-based commercial product experience, paid membership experience is preferred
Data-driven, with Strong data analysis and strategy formulation capabilities
With user insight and innovative spirit, familiar with user consumption behavior and psychology, create consumption scenarios that meet user demands based on business architecture, and can be embodied in a landing form to cater to user preferences
Strong cross-team communication and promotion ability, able to independently undertake large-scale projects, and achieve results through collaboration
Have the ideal of making first-class products, work with passion, like innovation and challenges, think carefully, pursue Agile and efficient.
