- Master or Degree recognised by the MalaysianQualifications Agency (MQA). - Minimum in 12 years of working experience. - Possess a valid Licensed Aircraft Maintenance(LAME) under Civil Aviation Authority (CAAM) with at least FIVE (5) years' experience. - Performing pre- and post-flight inspections offuel, equipment and navigational systems. - Understanding various flight and aircraft systems and engine operation will be advantageous. - Perform all corrective, preventive maintenance works and updating of technical documentation or logistical information. - Assist in updating & maintaining records of certification and traceability for simulator spare parts and materials. - Respond to customer's training needs in a courteous and timely manner. - Undertake teaching and learning related duties and short courses activities. - Conduct research or consultation projects with industries. - Publish papers and presents at local and international conferences. - Able to undertake duties at different premises within the University campus as required. - To engage with professional bodies and in activities associated with promotion and marketing. - Other duties within the Department and University as required.
