As the hospital added services and upgraded its facilities, it kept pace with the increasing healthcare needs of this growing area.
Currently, the hospital is constructing a threeâ€"story tower addition. The $36.2 million expansion includes 67 additional beds, a brand new 14â€"bed Intensive Care Unit, a Women's Surgical Services Unit, and expanded pediatric, medical/surgical and other inpatient services. The expansion will include a conversion of semiâ€"private hospital rooms to private suites. Courier/Phlebotomist: Will be required to perform both phlebotomy and courier responsibilities.Will be walking and driving courier routes, picking up samples and delivering reports, mail, other interhospital items, and logging in samples etc.Required to be self directed and able to work with minimal supervision.Courier/Phlebotomist shall demonstrate quality and professionalism in both patient care and performance.Proficient at allâ€"weather driving conditions including freeway speeds and heavy traffic.Various shifts available. Will be asked to pick up on call shifts as needed.
Requirement: Require some previous phlebotomy training (either certification or onâ€"theâ€"job). Must have an acceptable driving record and current and valid driver's license required. Dependable form of transportation required.Must be flexible for possible schedule changes.High school ! diploma/GED required.
