Before the hospital was built, residents of Davis County had to travel to Ogden or Salt Lake City for hospital services. With Davis, local residents have convenient access to expert medical services close by and always available.Since opening, Davis has grown, right along with the community. As the hospital added services and upgraded its facilities, it kept pace with the increasing healthcare needs of this growing area.
Currently, the hospital is constructing a threeâ€"story tower addition. The $36.2 million expansion includes 67 additional beds, a brand new 14â€"bed Intensive Care Unit, a Women's Surgical Services Unit, and expanded pediatric, medical/surgical and other inpatient services. The expansion will include a conversion of semiâ€"private hospital rooms to private suites. Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span of a patient.Possess the ability to identify each requirements relative to his or her age specific needs and to proved the care needed as described in the unit's policies and procedures skills check lists.Will also perform Unit Clerk duties RequirementsRequires current C.N.A. and CPR certifications.Must have one year of C.N.A.
