Under minimal supervision, incumbent will provide hearing screening and diagnostic services for infant and pediatric patients in the UDOH Salt Lake City office and at itinerant clinics throughout the state to determine type and degree of hearing impairment; make appropriate habilitation and rehabilitation referrals; administer and interpret variety of tests and test protocols; provide consultation and technical assistance to UDOHs affiliated programs, community partners and newborn hearing screening programs; assist supervisor on hearing aid and EHDI projects as needed. An Audiologist license in the state of UT is required.
