Location: Ogden, Utah

The Homecare Respiratory Therapist is a vital part of the patient care team providing exceptional care and comfort in the home setting.

Under the direc! tion of an ordering physician, the Respiratory Therapist performs a vital role providing advanced-level respiratory care to patients. The Respiratory Therapist is critical for respiratory patients in diagnosing, evaluating, treating and controlling deficiencies or abnormalities of the Cardio-pulmonary system. Acting as a resource to other staff members, the Respiratory Therapist is an esteemed and valued clinical provider of patient care.

Benefits Eligible: No - PRN position
Shift Details: Will cover 5-7 days of call per month - with one being a weekend (Friday at 5:00pm to Monday at 8:00am). Call starts at 5:00pm-8:00am on week days.
Additional Details: On call coverage territory is from Layton, UT to Willard, UT. Need to respond to the Ogden HME office within 30 minutes of being paged. Must live within 30 minutes of the Odgen HME office (Address is 4387 S. Harrison Blvd, Ogden UT).

Minimum Requirements

Graduate of a ! National Board for Respiratory Care (NRBC) approved Respirator! y Therapist program

State License as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RPC)

Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care (RRT)

This position requires verifiable current Healthcare Provider or Professional Rescuer CPR certification. An original card must be verified prior to start date or the job offer will be withdrawn. For additional information regarding CPR requirements please visit our Job Requirements Page .

Specific certifications as required (i.e. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP))
